Acceptable Use

These rules apply to every photo uploaded to Ghost Photoshoot and every photo made with it.

• You must be 18 or older.
• Upload only photos of yourself, or of adults who agreed to it.
• Pet photos must be of your own pet.
• No public figures or celebrities.
• No minors, no nudity or sexual content.
• Do not pass off a generated photo as a real one, and do not use it to harass, impersonate or mislead anyone.

Uploads are scanned for explicit content before checkout, and flagged photos are refused before you pay. Public figures, minors and pet ownership are not checked automatically: you confirm these rules when you pay, and we may refuse service to anyone who breaks them.
