Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ghostphotoshoot.com (“Ghost Photoshoot”, “we”, “us”). By uploading a photo or buying a photo set you agree to them. Effective October 21, 2026.

The service

You upload one photo of yourself or of your own pet, or one photo of each of two adults, and choose a pack. After payment, or when you use a set you already have, we generate a set of 4 9:16 2K photos in which the person or pet in your photo appears under a white sheet as a ghost, in their own clothes, in scenes modeled on the ghost photoshoot trend, plus a short silent slideshow video of the set. No account is needed: a private link, saved in your browser and emailed to the address you pay with, gives access to your photos.

What you buy

One-time packs with no subscription: 1 set $8.99, 3 sets $19.99, 10 sets $49.99. Visitors in euro-area countries and the UK see and pay the local prices shown on the page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each pack adds sets to the email address used at checkout; one credit makes one set of 4 photos. Credits never expire. Photos have no watermark, and you may use them for personal and commercial purposes. Sets contain no music.

Failures and refunds

If a paid set cannot be delivered because of a final technical failure, the credit used for it is returned to your balance automatically. This returns a credit, not cash.

To ask for a refund, email support@ghostphotoshoot.com from the address you paid with and tell us which order it is. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Your content

You keep your rights to the photos you upload and the photos made for you. You let us process them only as needed to run the service: checking, generating, storing and delivering. We do not use your photos in our marketing without your separate permission.

You must be 18 or older, own every photo you upload or have permission to use it, upload only your own pet, and follow the Acceptable Use rules. We may refuse or stop processing content that breaks them.

AI-generated photos

Photos are made by a third-party AI model (Google Nano Banana 2, accessed through the KIE.ai API). The model draws a new photo each time: the clothes and build from your photo, or your pet’s look, are kept, while the sheet, the pose and the place are newly drawn, so results vary from set to set. AI output can contain artifacts; please review your photos before posting them, and do not present them as real photographs.

Not affiliated

Ghost Photoshoot is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or the creators whose posts started the ghost photoshoot trend. Their names are used only to describe the online trend this tool refers to.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
