Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ghostphotoshoot.com (“Ghost Photoshoot”, “we”) collects and why. Effective October 21, 2026.
What we collect
- The photo you upload (two photos for a two-person set), to check it and to make your set.
- The email address you enter on the payment page, to send your photo link and receipt.
- The photos we make for you, so you can download them again.
- A random browser identifier in a cookie, so your order survives a refresh. There is no account or password.
Card details are entered on Stripe’s payment page; we never see or store them.
Who processes it
We use service providers only to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), KIE.ai (AI image generation) and an image-safety service that scans uploads for explicit content. Each receives only what it needs for its part.
How long we keep it
Your photo is used only to check it and to make your set. We delete it automatically about a day after your set is finished. If you upload a photo but do not make a set, we delete it within two days. Our AI image provider receives a copy only to make your set.
We keep the ghost photos we made for you so your private link keeps working. To have them and your email deleted, email support@ghostphotoshoot.com from the address you paid with and we will delete them.
Analytics
We count page visits and clicks with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use advertising cookies or build profiles.
